Max did a great job inspecting a house for me. He was very thorough and took great notes on everything he observed, from the major stuff to the small things. His report is excellent, easy to read and he is honest about the issues he found and backs them up with pictures and exactly what he observed. Really easy to schedule and I was very impressed with his professionalism and just what a nice guy he was. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who needs a home inspected either before selling or when buying. Call him!!!

“He goes where no other inspector will go”, was the selling line our realtor claimed when she recommended Max. ….And was she ever right! Not only did Max lead a detailed inspection but he was super professional, personable, and answered all our (many) questions as we tagged along. Prompt delivery of a well crafted report with pictures which will now be our to do list for home improvements with easy to read prioritization. I highly recommend Max as a home inspector. Max will inspect your potential future home comprehensively, in detail, and with care to provide a fair, well-communicated report- both in person and written.
